I am very lucky to have been assigned to him because he helped me tremendously in identifying my needs; that after showing me at least 4 cars I have made my decision. He is very pleasant, helpful, patient and considered me a family looking for a car. Mr. Genao is an asset to your company. Mr. PEDRO SOSA, the manager who assisted me, has been very pleasant and patient and explained in details of the warranty I am entitled to and other info. He is approachable in spite of his busy schedule and answered my questions immediately. Also, he made a follow-up call to make sure everything is all right and apologized for my long wait, which I understood due to the busy day. I have been a customer at Rennsport Motor Works for many years, and have never had a bad experience. Sal, the owner, is honest and is always within the estimated cost. Horrible. I went there to get a jump start because my car wouldn't turn back on while I was at the dmv and they charged me $20 for it. Just to give me a jump. I can only imagine how they rob their customers for other things. Never was a customer and defenitely will never be a customer now. Maybe a little bit of compassion would have gained them a customer to see what is wrong with my battery. NO THANKS.

They are amazing mechanics. I don't think anyone can ever match their experience. They hear one awkward sound from my car and they automatically know what is wrong with it without even opening it yet. And it's all done at reasonable price as well. Ask for Albert. He's the best.

L & J Motors is the only auto repair shop in Jersey that has worked on my Bimmer since bringing it over from California. I'm very picky in regards to who works on my cars, but I find this place--like another reviewer--to be reliable and honest in their services. After my experience here, I would certainly recommend this auto repair shop to other European vehicle owners.
