I've had shops in the past play games with me (halogen fluid replacement, etc.), but at Cybert, they brought me out into the shop, showed me what was going on, explained the fix, and then fixed it. There was nothing shady and I never once felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. They have a convenient location, reasonable hours, and surprisingly good coffee while you wait. The mobile service was great! They came at the time they said they would, took my old battery out, popped the new one in, 30min tops! They were very Friendly, friendly is good!
