My family and I had just left Canada when my van started to act up! My 6 month old, 3 year old and 5 year old were stranded outside of Good Guys and with temperatures high all I found myself doing is crying! Not only was it a holiday weekend and everything was closed but I knew it was going to cost me an arm and a leg to fix my car to be able to drive home to PA, also I was expecting to have to find a hotel to stay for the night. I asked if he could please look at my van and he immediately stopped what he was doing, opened the sitting area for me and my family, and looked at my van.
