The remote start we purchased for my wife's Lincoln has been faulty since they first put it in. Fast forward to TWO separate trips to have the issue fixed, and they seem to be trying to blame Lincoln for the problem. They eventually got it fixed and said it was something having to do with a blown fuse or a short in the fuse box. I'm happy that it is finally fixed, but I did not appreciate the accusatory way they went at my wife. The owner's mother should be ashamed, the way he talks to a woman is disgraceful. We will not be returning any time soon.

People standing around, nobody helps you, no sense of urgency. I would never go here again.

To start, great service, lots of experience, the remote start in my eos was installed in less than 2 hours.

These people at Car Tune Custom are not professionals, the people that work there don't care about customer service thats because they drink liquor while working which doesnt make a good combination. This causes car tune custom to do a horrible bad ugly nasty disappointing job at the end. I do not recommend anyone to go there to get their steros or tinted glass thier because they are not worth it. Just to let you know i went to.car tune custom to get my car window tinted.and they did a horrible.job because they left a lo i mean a lot of bubbles in the tint it was as if my little cousin blew bubbles.on my windows.Which is not funny cause the guy said he was a so called PRO (pro at making your car look ugly). I would show a a pic of my tinted car window but i am to scare to showyou cause you might laugh at me for spending 120 dollar for no reason cause they dont do warranty. I wont even rate this place a one star i would rate it a .00000000000000000000001 but i have to choose one cause thats all they have for the people that doesnt do good jobs
