I had my transmission rebuilt at A Connecticut Quality Transmission. It was poorly done and owner does not honor warranty. I do not recommend doing any kind of business with them. Stay clear. Beware. 1 star rating is to high. The site makes you rate at least 1 star.

do not use these guys. their mechanics steal things out of cars during service. I've been a customer of theirs for over 10 years and this last tiem an ipod was stolen out of my car. When I spoke to John, he told me too bad i shouldnt have left it in the car. NO LOYALTY to customers at all.

I am fairly new to New York. You hear often the stereotypes of a dog-eat-dog world. So looking for a mechanic, and honesty, is not an easy task. However, I was in a jam and needed to find one. I came across the reviews for Hughes Motor Corp, and I was immediately impressed to make a call. Vinny answered (he's part of a duo with Kevin). He was very friendly and assuring when I told him about the problems with my Durango. I had AAA tow the car to their workshop in Yonkers. These guys are professional, efficient, and you get your car back within the time frame that is estimated. Overall, I highly recommend this workshop, they are a great team. They will take care of your problems and put you at ease. Cars are expensive toys, what you hope to get is a decent repair job at a fair price. These guys provide both, you'll be in good hands. I've been bringing my mini cooper to Anthony for a while now and am so thankful I found him! Mini's are tough cars to work with. He is flat out excellent, pricing is reasonable, and I know my car is in good hands when being serviced. I absolutely recommend him!!!
