I have been a customer for 19 years and always enjoyed great service for my brakes and mufflers. Always repaired on the first visit. Employees are very helpful and friendly and professional. Recently I bought a Acura Mdx and from day one it had a pull. I took to dealer many times, and didn't realize they sub the job out to Mavis next door to them. Once I realized I ran right to my old faithful. Rices automotive. The car was perfect after that...thank God for them.

15 years go I found Sonny's shop in Nassau with a parking lot full of Porsches. Would you believe the estimate I got from a local new car dealer was almost $2400.00 for a leaking intake gasket and they needed 2 weeks to complete the repair.At this location which i stop to gas up my vehicle they found a cracked vacum hose ..my invoice bottom number was $89.00...i just couldnt believe my eyes...next day i drove my car with a pleasure which i coulnt for a long time...Moustapha is a great person to talk to..what a great personality..

They are a bunch of liars and thieves charged us over $2700 for work they did not perform stay away a bunch of sharks I wish corporate would come down and investigate this put my vehicle on a lift compare the receipt to the work that they actually did liars and thieves they need to be put out of business I originally thought it was 1700 when looking at the receipt discovered it was 2700 besides that left all the Lugnuts loose on the front right tire only hand tight shame on you
