I am fairly new to New York. You hear often the stereotypes of a dog-eat-dog world. So looking for a mechanic, and honesty, is not an easy task. However, I was in a jam and needed to find one. I came across the reviews for Hughes Motor Corp, and I was immediately impressed to make a call. Vinny answered (he's part of a duo with Kevin). He was very friendly and assuring when I told him about the problems with my Durango. I had AAA tow the car to their workshop in Yonkers. These guys are professional, efficient, and you get your car back within the time frame that is estimated. Overall, I highly recommend this workshop, they are a great team. They will take care of your problems and put you at ease. Cars are expensive toys, what you hope to get is a decent repair job at a fair price. These guys provide both, you'll be in good hands. Dee Knight is the definition of excellent customer service, and his personable crew of employees are the direct opposite of the duplicitious car mechanic stereotype. I have had my car repaired at Pro Tech Benz several times over the past 2 years and I am very happy with the results. They offer excellent service and are extremely knowable about Mercedes vehicles. Their pricing is very reasonable and they are very straightforward about the repairs. Unlike the dealers they don't try and up sell you on additional repairs that might not be needed. I am extremely satisfied and appreciative of the work that the staff at Tolima Auto Center did on my new car. I was very nervous about who was going to work on my brand new car ( Brand new 2016 Jeep Renegade) that was involved in a hit and run just days after it left the dealer. The car looks perfect.
