Then go on to say sorry the heat only works on the passenger side and ac only works on driver side and to fix THAT issue they will charge me another 200 for diagnostic and from there it will be anywhere from 1k to 3k more. All they did was change the heat motor in the car which another Machanic I took it to said would have been 200. To top that off they left my driver side window open in the rain and now my car has a puddle in it. PLEASE be aware of these guys they will scam you I promise.

I brought them my car for some very minor maintenance-level repairs. To make a long story short they damaged multiple components of my vehicle, and then bullied me into paying them to repair damage they caused by threatening to discontinue work on the vehicle and have it towed out of their garage. Watching them work, their confusion and incompetence in correcting the problems with the vehicle were palpable, as they fumbled struggled with basic repair procedures. While the car was in their possession it sustained multiple scratches to the finish, including a nasty scratch right down to metal on the trunk which I noticed immediately upon receiving the car back. In addition to this he delivered the car to me reeking of gasoline or starting fluid fumes that took an entire day to go away and I discovered large swaths of carpeting which were stained by oil drippings. Immediately after returning home I realized that a very important, critical system in my vehicle was severely malfunctioning, despite the fact that it had always worked normally and only began to exhibit any kind of problem after coming out of HIS Mickey Mouse garage. When I confronted the owner the next day to express my dissatisfaction over his shop's work, my very reasonable concerns were greeted with a persistent, brusque indifference, and he was adamant in maintaining a position of total denial of any wrongdoing on the part of his shop. First they claimed that the system they had damaged was actually operating properly and that I was confused, and after being confronted with published documentation from the manufacturer proving them wrong, they quickly shifted their story to the stereotypical "it must have been like that", mantra that is a characteristic staple of shady garage guys from here to Timbuktu. All in all, this incompetent gararge ended up charging me many of dollars for issues which should have been resolved for a fraction of the cost, vandalized my car and, after being called out, refused to repair the damage his shop caused or provide any restitution or redress of any kind. I'm a very dissatisfied customer.

First let me say that in over 55 years I have never left a bad review. About 2 years ago I went To the mobile to get synthetic oil change. I dropped my car off in the morning And I work locally so I just got picked up And went to work. I usually get the work done by my local mechanic around my house. A co-worker of mine had gone there and not had a problem when she had her oil changed So I figured I would try. My car takes 5 quarts of oil I use Mobil 1 synthetic and it's usually cost me around $70 at my local shop. Nobody ever called me to tell me the car was ready so I showed up at the end of the day. When the manager told me how much the bill was I just couldn't believe it. Not only did they charge me $129.95 for the same Mobil 1 oil change I get done at my regular shop for $70. They also said I needed a cabin in an air filter so they go ahead and put those in for me he tells me. The cabin filter Cost $38.95 and they charge me $36.49 For the air filter. When I asked Why they Didn't Call me To let me know that I need the filters before they did the work. His response was "I know you needed them so I didn't want to bother you with that I figured you would just do them anyway " I told him That I could have gotten both filters at AutoZone for about $23. So my simple oil change that I brought the car in for Cost me $205.39 plus tax. I swore to myself that I would never go back there again. Around August 3rd I brought my car in for a New York state inspection. I had just had the car at the dealership For a recall And a check over. The Dealership said everything was fine He gave me A sheet That showed my tire depth how much brake pads I have left. Things like that like a multi-point inspection. I still had about 8 or 9 days before my inspection was due So I decided not to do at the dealership. That way I wouldn't lose A month. I just got done with work. It was an early day for me and I was leaving around 11 My inspection was a couple days past due So I decided to just do it there real quick On the way home. The car had just been at the dealership and the dealer said there was nothing wrong with it. So I was sitting in the waiting room inside and decided to go outside and smoke a cigarette. I was sitting to the left of the Bay That my car was in And I heard the Mechanic tell Who I thought was the manager But wound up being the owner That my card didn't need anything For inspection. The owners reply Was that "It's here for an inspection it must need something .” I thought he was just joking I finish my cigarette went back inside. And about 10 minutes later The owner Tim Told me I needed front and rear brakes to pass inspection and that it was going to be almost $700 for front pads and rotors. I told him that was impossible. That I just have the car at the dealership. The dealer said my brake pads were fine. I told him that if you lower the car down I would show him The bill. He said I doesn't matter what the bill says I said you need brakes to pass inspection. And that if I didn't do the brake job the car would not pass inspection. I said that's fine I'll take it to the dealership and have them look at it if it needs it I'll have them do it. A few minutes later He said that I was all done And he gives me a bill For $37 for the inspection And told me he scraped my sticker off So now I have no Inspection sticker. I made an early bird appointment at the dealership. The dealership Look at my car And say what is the guy talking about You're almost at the same measurement you were A week and a half ago And you only put 40 miles on the car since then. They passed the car for inspection. Beware the owner TIM he is hard to miss. A round guy with glasses and a superiority complex! HE Is a liar a snake And a con man Just trying to get money out of somebody And I tell everybody not to go there!!
