The staff at this repair facility handled my vehicle repair with ease,they provided me with simple repair options at a great price.. Thankfully this small family owned shop is in existence ,growing up there was one on every corner,these days now have big chain shops with school trained mechanics that have NO hands on experience. Please be careful here, they will cheat you on inspection prices. Please make sure they print out the inspection report from the inspection machine, so you can check for the consistency of the price you were charged vs what the report says the charge is.

I have had my car repaired at Pro Tech Benz several times over the past 2 years and I am very happy with the results. They offer excellent service and are extremely knowable about Mercedes vehicles. Their pricing is very reasonable and they are very straightforward about the repairs. Unlike the dealers they don't try and up sell you on additional repairs that might not be needed. I would highly recommend them to Mercedes owners.

If you're tired of getting robbed for your automotive needs or getting less than you paid for - then this is the place for you. Lance and his small team of mechanics, while all being quite young - are the real-deal - they have turned their personal passions for Subaru (all models & generations) - in to a business - making them a real specialty shop for virtually all your Subaru Auto needs. Don't get me wrong, they are not a 1-trick pony though - they service virtually all makes and models... I've recently had them address various items on my '15 WRX, including the subject Clutch & Flywheel Upgrade, perform an EGR delete, swap plugs, weld/repair a broken exhaust flange plate (which I thought for sure was unfixable without a new plate - Warren is a talented Genius welder) & Tim is a talented Dyno Tuner, (thanks to dyno time at Chameleon Racing in Bohemia). The entire team at Larsen's are super friendly, happy to share educated advice, sharp at finding issues and remedying them - all without charging an arm and a leg. Super flexible too - one of the best experiences I've had with an auto shop in my life - I currently travel over 35miles just to get my car worked on by them... Are used to work at this place and the owner is not a nice person I tried to put my car in the Lyft to get an estimate and he would not allow that telling me to leave that you’re not spending money meanwhile it’s free estimates then he tried to charge my girlfriend $800 to change an O2 sensor in the back of the motor and I looked it up and it wasn’t even that O2 sensor it was the one in the front this guy is a complete rip off and not Nice person I advise everybody to avoid this place 100%
