Great owner and good workers. I go there more than my own dealer. The owner, Bob is a nice guy with fair prices who doesn't need an appointment and can fix most car problems. FYI: Just go there when they open for faster service.

I have used many shops over the years but now I will only go to Rice's - they are always fair, they know what they are doing, and maybe most importantly: honest! Truly exceptional - definitely recommended!

I went there in my 2012 camry because they were rated #1 oil change in south bay paper, and they told me the same ($35 more for synthetic). When I called toyota, Toyota said it is 5w20 synthetic. So i had it done and seemed very fair, quick service. I read this review first, and was hesitant, but my engine still runs and I saw they used the correct oil and changed filter. Seemed legit. would go back. Very fast service.

Any questions I had were answered immediately and if there were any unforeseen issues, I was assured via phone calls that the right job would be done. They have made me feel secure in that both myself and my family would be safer after this repair. My car rides and steers as good as it did when I first bought it.
