Great owner and good workers. I go there more than my own dealer. The owner, Bob is a nice guy with fair prices who doesn't need an appointment and can fix most car problems. FYI: Just go there when they open for faster service.

I have used many shops over the years but now I will only go to Rice's - they are always fair, they know what they are doing, and maybe most importantly: honest! Truly exceptional - definitely recommended!

I went there in my 2012 camry because they were rated #1 oil change in south bay paper, and they told me the same ($35 more for synthetic). When I called toyota, Toyota said it is 5w20 synthetic. So i had it done and seemed very fair, quick service. I read this review first, and was hesitant, but my engine still runs and I saw they used the correct oil and changed filter. Seemed legit. would go back. Very fast service.

Shawn and his crew addressed all of this repair and reviewed in detail what all of the expenses were prior to my commitment to doing the work. Any questions I had were answered immediately and if there were any unforeseen issues, I was assured via phone calls that the right job would be done. They have made me feel secure in that both myself and my family would be safer after this repair. My car rides and steers as good as it did when I first bought it. I am a long time customer, the last 12 + years, and I will keep coming back because they completed the work within 1 day after making an scheduled appointment.

15 years go I found Sonny's shop in Nassau with a parking lot full of Porsches. I was very glad to find such an honest and dependable mechanic, especially since servicing these cars is usually expensive. He has always done the right thing for me, and is reasonably priced considering his skill level and the cars he works on. I went away for a few years to go to school, get married, and have kids, and was very pleased to see him still in business! Our daughter was recently involved in a motor vehicle accident. We called our mechanic, who immediately recommended Cannon Collision, and advised us to speak with Paul. We contacted Paul immediately, who said that he would gladly take a look at the vehicle. After bringing the car down, Paul went over the entire car with a fine tooth comb. I mean, this guy's thorough. I felt immediately at ease, for his expertise and his respectful tone proved to me that he was definitely a class act. Paul was in touch with us consistently from day one. He even offered to give us a lift to the rental car company, and even contacted a few for us while we were in his office. When we went down to pick up the car today, I couldn't believe what I saw - the car looked like it just pulled off the showroom floor! Our vehicle is 11 years old, and it hasn't looked that good in YEARS! The entire car was completely detailed, inside and out, and my daughter even commented that she loved how clean the car was!
