I VISITED VALVOLINE IN WESTBURY, NY AND I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE THAT DAY. THE GUY CALLED AND INFORMED ME THAT I NEEDED BREAK LIGHTS, AND MORE WHEN I REFUSE HIS REQUEST TO CHANGE TO BREAK LIGHTS. I TOLD HIM JUST DO THE OIL CHANGE. HE TOLD ME HE DID NOT CARRY THE OIL NEEDED TO DO THE OIL CHANGE IN MY CAR. I SENSE HE WAS LYING TO ME AND I DIDNT WANT TO ARGUE. I JUST TOOK MY CAR AND LEFT AND WILL NEVER GO BACK TO ANY OF THEM. A HUGE COMPANY LIKE THIS CARRY OIL OR THEY WILL BE OUT OF BUSINESS.THEY WERE VERY RUDE AND SCAMMER. PLEASE PEOPLE DONT VISIT THOSE SCAMMER AT VALVOLINE IN WESTBURY. THEY WORK AS A TEAM.

I went in for a flat tire and these guys were great. they fit me in right before they closed and couldn't be nicer. I thought they'd tried to get me in and out so fast but the mechanic stayed after his shift was over to help me. I couldn't be happier with the service so even though I own a Honda I brought my car to them for my next service. Its been 4 years now and I still feel like a friend when I walk in and Joe, Mike, Helene and the gang make me feel comfortable, like they're not going to rip me off like the guys in new rochelle. thanks for staying honest, dch toyota city has a class act bunch. I may even buy a toyota next month when my lease is up :0)

DO NOT GO HERE Completely rude service by Javier Rodriguez. Is it normal to have the asst. manager yell and curse at you?? It's a problem when the guy working on your car has no clue what he's doing. And don't question him cuz he'll call the cops on you. Telling costumers that "we have to put this in" because thats what the computer tells us your car needs is not true and it's terrible practice by this company. They lie and if you're a female they will try to take advantage of you. Just stay away. It's no wonder I was warned to not go by myself.

15 years go I found Sonny's shop in Nassau with a parking lot full of Porsches. I was very glad to find such an honest and dependable mechanic, especially since servicing these cars is usually expensive. He has always done the right thing for me, and is reasonably priced considering his skill level and the cars he works on. I have had my car repaired at Pro Tech Benz several times over the past 2 years and I am very happy with the results. They offer excellent service and are extremely knowable about Mercedes vehicles. Their pricing is very reasonable and they are very straightforward about the repairs. Unlike the dealers they don't try and up sell you on additional repairs that might not be needed.
