Shawn and his crew addressed all of this repair and reviewed in detail what all of the expenses were prior to my commitment to doing the work. Any questions I had were answered immediately and if there were any unforeseen issues, I was assured via phone calls that the right job would be done. They have made me feel secure in that both myself and my family would be safer after this repair. My car rides and steers as good as it did when I first bought it. Had a fantastic experience over at Brookside. It's never convenient to go without your car, and body damage repairs are always a mystery... But Paul and Richie over at Brookside really take care of you. I mean, I was blown away by their responsiveness, patience in explaining everything, and resourcefulness in arranging rental cars and dealing with insurance companies. My truck was back exactly when they said it would be. And it hasn't looked this good since the day I brought it from the dealer.

I am extremely satisfied and appreciative of the work that the staff at Tolima Auto Center did on my new car. I was very nervous about who was going to work on my brand new car ( Brand new 2016 Jeep Renegade) that was involved in a hit and run just days after it left the dealer. The car looks perfect. You would never know that such intensive work had to be done. Their office staff is responsive, professional and very pleasant.
