Joe, Anthony and Roger and the staff are the best. They talk to you like a person. I've been to many shops over the years and these guys are knowledgeable, experts , fair, patient, trustworthy and best of all treat you with the utmost respect and tell you exactly what's going on with your car in a way that you understand fully. I would never go anywhere else and you shouldn't either.

I recently had a great experience with Colonial Service Station. I had to bring my car in for an inspection and oil change as well as a couple of other services that needed to be done on my car. Everyone there was extremely professional, diligent and courteous. They were very polite over the phone as well as in person. They followed up with me before completing the services rendered. They were concerned for the safety of their customers and provided detailed explanations of what needed to be done with my vehicle. I would highly recommend Colonial Service Station to anyone who asks me what my experience was.

Just pulled in to ask about a service for my vehicle. Great news, the staff is all well fed. They were all sitting around in the break room just behind the front counter. I walked in, said hi and waited for a reply. The men - about 5 - just kept shoveling food into their mouths and stared at me. Odd, so I waited a moment. Then asked if there is anyone who can help me. They all - and I mean ALL - averted their eyes and went for another forkful. "Soooooo, should I just wait guys?" Another forkful. "Should I just go then," I asked. Finally got an answer. One guy took the time between stuffing his face to shrug at me. I laughed and left. Great place. Can't wait for the failures who run it like this to sell it to someone who might care. I certainly wouldn't want people with that level of pride or care working on my car. So many options with people who don't suck. Go elsewhere. Life its too short to wait for lunch break to end for basic human respect.

Well sometimes giving people Or in this case a business a second chance is not always a good thing. First let me say that in over 55 years I have never left a bad review. About 2 years ago I went To the mobile to get synthetic oil change. I dropped my car off in the morning And I work locally so I just got picked up And went to work. I usually get the work done by my local mechanic around my house. A co-worker of mine had gone there and not had a problem when she had her oil changed So I figured I would try. My car takes 5 quarts of oil I use Mobil 1 synthetic and it's usually cost me around $70 at my local shop. Nobody ever called me to tell me the car was ready so I showed up at the end of the day. When the manager told me how much the bill was I just couldn't believe it. Not only did they charge me $129.95 for the same Mobil 1 oil change I get done at my regular shop for $70. They also said I needed a cabin in an air filter so they go ahead and put those in for me he tells me. The cabin filter Cost $38.95 and they charge me $36.49 For the air filter. When I asked Why they Didn't Call me To let me know that I need the filters before they did the work. His response was "I know you needed them so I didn't want to bother you with that I figured you would just do them anyway " I told him That I could have gotten both filters at AutoZone for about $23. So my simple oil change that I brought the car in for Cost me $205.39 plus tax. I swore to myself that I would never go back there again. Around August 3rd I brought my car in for a New York state inspection. I had just had the car at the dealership For a recall And a check over. The Dealership said everything was fine He gave me A sheet That showed my tire depth how much brake pads I have left. Things like that like a multi-point inspection. I still had about 8 or 9 days before my inspection was due So I decided not to do at the dealership. That way I wouldn't lose A month. I just got done with work. It was an early day for me and I was leaving around 11 My inspection was a couple days past due So I decided to just do it there real quick On the way home. The car had just been at the dealership and the dealer said there was nothing wrong with it. So I was sitting in the waiting room inside and decided to go outside and smoke a cigarette. I was sitting to the left of the Bay That my car was in And I heard the Mechanic tell Who I thought was the manager But wound up being the owner That my card didn't need anything For inspection. The owners reply Was that "It's here for an inspection it must need something .” I thought he was just joking I finish my cigarette went back inside. And about 10 minutes later The owner Tim Told me I needed front and rear brakes to pass inspection and that it was going to be almost $700 for front pads and rotors. I told him that was impossible. That I just have the car at the dealership. The dealer said my brake pads were fine. I told him that if you lower the car down I would show him The bill. He said I doesn't matter what the bill says I said you need brakes to pass inspection. And that if I didn't do the brake job the car would not pass inspection. I said that's fine I'll take it to the dealership and have them look at it if it needs it I'll have them do it. A few minutes later He said that I was all done And he gives me a bill For $37 for the inspection And told me he scraped my sticker off So now I have no Inspection sticker. I made an early bird appointment at the dealership. The dealership Look at my car And say what is the guy talking about You're almost at the same measurement you were A week and a half ago And you only put 40 miles on the car since then. They passed the car for inspection. Beware the owner TIM he is hard to miss. A round guy with glasses and a superiority complex! HE Is a liar a snake And a con man Just trying to get money out of somebody And I tell everybody not to go there!!
