I am extremely satisfied and appreciative of the work that the staff at Tolima Auto Center did on my new car. I was very nervous about who was going to work on my brand new car ( Brand new 2016 Jeep Renegade) that was involved in a hit and run just days after it left the dealer. The car looks perfect. You would never know that such intensive work had to be done. Their office staff is responsive, professional and very pleasant. The remote start we purchased for my wife's Lincoln has been faulty since they first put it in. Fast forward to TWO separate trips to have the issue fixed, and they seem to be trying to blame Lincoln for the problem. They eventually got it fixed and said it was something having to do with a blown fuse or a short in the fuse box. I'm happy that it is finally fixed, but I did not appreciate the accusatory way they went at my wife. The owner's mother should be ashamed, the way he talks to a woman is disgraceful. We will not be returning any time soon.
