I VISITED VALVOLINE IN WESTBURY, NY AND I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE THAT DAY. THE GUY CALLED AND INFORMED ME THAT I NEEDED BREAK LIGHTS, AND MORE WHEN I REFUSE HIS REQUEST TO CHANGE TO BREAK LIGHTS. I TOLD HIM JUST DO THE OIL CHANGE. HE TOLD ME HE DID NOT CARRY THE OIL NEEDED TO DO THE OIL CHANGE IN MY CAR. I SENSE HE WAS LYING TO ME AND I DIDNT WANT TO ARGUE. I JUST TOOK MY CAR AND LEFT AND WILL NEVER GO BACK TO ANY OF THEM. A HUGE COMPANY LIKE THIS CARRY OIL OR THEY WILL BE OUT OF BUSINESS.THEY WERE VERY RUDE AND SCAMMER. PLEASE PEOPLE DONT VISIT THOSE SCAMMER AT VALVOLINE IN WESTBURY. THEY WORK AS A TEAM.

This is not simply a service and gas station - Joe is a community member. When I buy gas in another town, I feel like I'm cheating ! Alex is one of the best mechanics at this shop. Overall they are experienced and are the best at what they do. They are also very honest people hard to believe from mechanics!! but they really are. I highly recommend this shop !!!

They are a bunch of liars and thieves charged us over $2700 for work they did not perform stay away a bunch of sharks I wish corporate would come down and investigate this put my vehicle on a lift compare the receipt to the work that they actually did liars and thieves they need to be put out of business I originally thought it was 1700 when looking at the receipt discovered it was 2700 besides that left all the Lugnuts loose on the front right tire only hand tight shame on you
