I live in Boston but my son is at Cornell with his 2000 Saab. I have been extremely pleased with Pellegrinos. They have ensured that my son is safe and his car reliable. Rose and Nick are efficient, convenient & reasonably priced. I will miss them when my son graduates next week!

These guys just replace things one by one, charging you as they go, until they get it right--or not! $784.87 (replace struts) didn't fix the problem I specifically brought it in for, "a vibration at 60mph," so I brought it back a month later after being promised on the phone, "We'll make it right for you." This time I was charged another $103.98 (replace tie rod) only to drive away with a car that still vibrated (I even took the Asst. Mgr. for a ride so we could share the experience together.) So they refund me the $103.98, they say I need a new steering rack, and they'll do it at the discounted price of another $500. It didn't make sense to me that a steering rack could cause vibration, and when the manager sensed that I wasn't going to play this game anymore he became mean and told me to go somewhere else. So I went somewhere else--Google--where I learned that vibration can be caused by bad brake rotors. I spent $71.26 at a parts store for two new rotors and after a couple hours under the car I was driving around at 60mph with no vibration! It cost me $784.87--and if I hadn't smartened up in time over $1284.87 (because the new steering rack wouldn't have fixed it either)--to learn "Ithaca Midas is a money pit!"

Everything they do stays done! Never had them fix the same thing twice. Easy to get an appointment. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I have been going there for many years and quality of work is consistently high. Very trustworthy people! I have been brining my car here since they have opened and they have never once done me wrong. In fact my wife goes there too, we both love it. They are fast and honest! I would recommend Oil Xpress to anyone. I read the previous review and wonder why this person felt as though she was being taken advantage of because she was a woman ( I only say this because a woman herself works there). After I purchased a BMW X3 from another dealer (Best Buy Auto Sales in Newark) that turned out to be a lemon and had to go the Lemon Law route, i brought the car to GFS they claimed to be BMW experts and i didn't want to drive to Rochester as i live in Newark. Since April My car has been in their shop more then I have had it the first time it went n for a repair in was in the shop over 6 Weeks fr a repair that should have been a coupe of days then a second time for over 4 weeks! from day one My complaint was their lack of communication. They never quote you up front and are not quick about the repairs the last 3 times my car has been there the check engine light has come back on the same day i picked it up. Every time being another charge and another issue. If the repairs were legit and truly needed to be done why didn't they pick it up before what does the car always have another issue the d=same day i pick it up? I also took my car in for a replacement on a steering sensor and according to their paperwork would take 2.5 hours so they told me it would be 3-4 no problem so i brought my lap top came at 1 pm for my apt and sat their at 5 pm I asked how much longer and they stated it would be another hour or so. I then said i was going to have someone come pick me up and go to dinner and lock the Keys in the car and call me when its done. well after almost 2 more hours i didn't get a call so i went back to find the place was closed and only a mechanic or two was still in the shop and was told my car still wasn't done ( at this point its been almost 6.5 hours on a 2.5 hour job) i told them to have the owner call me. Well an hour later I get a call from Ken and he states he said he'd call when it was done and it wasn't so he didn't call he had no regard for the fact i needed my car. I explained I had a 1030 apt in the morning i couldn't miss. He said he would send someone for me so I could get my car in time. 10am rolls around the next day and No call from GFS so i book and Uber and go over i walk through the door and he states oh i was just going to call you at this point its about 10:45am and I've missed my meeting. I explained that i missed my meeting and had to pay$40 for a Uber never once did they offer to reimburse me. I wait another hour and my car is finally done. I got to get in the car and pull out CHECK ENGINE LIGHT again. this time a $1000 Water pump. I am done and will gladly take my car else where. They have built a beautiful building but what good is it if the people in it don't know what their doing. I unfortunately didn't go check the reviews of this place before but i can see my complaints have been expressed by others and expect the owner to have some explanation of why it isn't his fault as he always does! As of todays date 1/16/19 my car has had over $10,000 in repairs and is still not fixed!

Bill did not hesitate to look into an anoying clunk in my wifes car. He quickly determined what the cause was and made the necessary repair. No more "clunk" Thanks Bill and staff at Rices Auto! Professional and courteous. Pat and Mary

It just doesn't get any better. My 2003 Audi A4 quattro, just reached 205K miles thanks to the staff at SelectEuroCars. This is my second Audi (the first is still on the road), I sold it with almost 160K miles in 2004 when I got my '03. Joel, Pete, and Eric are always professional, interested to hear what my car needs, I will continue to have them service my cars, and will purchase my vehicles there. My next purchase is planned next spring or the following, depending on how far she wants to keep going! Keep up the good work guys!

Totally a Great Place to get any type of work done on a Automobile, Truck or SUV., Thank-you. Ron has worked there many years and I just return from there having an Inspection on my 2006 Trailblazer, How great it was to see Ron's smile even in all the confusion of people talking, the phone ringing off the wall, Ron was very pleasant, fair and told me issues that I might have to have address in the future if i was going to keep my Trailblazer for years to come. I stopped going only because having a Warranty on this vehicle , and on that note, I didn't even go back to finish this because of knowing Monro Outstanding Staff.Most shop's never keep the same person, or people for a period time, there just move on, I very Happy that Monro has been able to hold onto Ron for as along that they have, He & his staff be seeing my trailblazer for everything.
