Had a fantastic experience over at Brookside. It's never convenient to go without your car, and body damage repairs are always a mystery... But Paul and Richie over at Brookside really take care of you. I mean, I was blown away by their responsiveness, patience in explaining everything, and resourcefulness in arranging rental cars and dealing with insurance companies. My truck was back exactly when they said it would be. And it hasn't looked this good since the day I brought it from the dealer.

I have used many shops over the years but now I will only go to Rice's - they are always fair, they know what they are doing, and maybe most importantly: honest! Truly exceptional - definitely recommended!

This is not simply a service and gas station - Joe is a community member. When I buy gas in another town, I feel like I'm cheating ! The service was great, Jimmy was a pleasure to talk to over the phone and even nicer in person. He fully explained what was going on with my car and exactly what they did.
