The service was great, Jimmy was a pleasure to talk to over the phone and even nicer in person. He fully explained what was going on with my car and exactly what they did. The price for all the work that was done on our car was very reasonable. I didn’t feel ripped off like I have in the past at other mechanics. Such a pleasant experience today (something I've never said while having my car serviced) a new set of tires and an alignment for such an awesome price!! I was in and out! Mr. James Giambrone came recommended from a dealership over 500 miles away. It was a long shot, but we didn't have any options after three months of trying to find someone that would work on my son's recently purchased used truck that had developed a major corrosion problem. Well... let me say this, Mr. Giambrone was the utmost determined, willing and most professional mechanic we have come across. It was all worth the 150 mile trek from Philadelphia and about 4 weeks later not only were we able to get major corrosion problem eliminated and replaced part (when others in Philly wouldn't touch it) but after inspection, Mr. Giambrone fixed the breaks and rudders and assured that it was in safe and top running condition for the road. Mr. Giambrone, We want to sincerely THANK YOU for your diligence and determination to not only locate the part that was on 6 mos. back order but also repairing what some deemed as unrepairable.
