Oil change service near Hicksville, NY

I just want to say thank you, It's been a long time since i have felt good after having my car repaired, my farther was a diehard sears customer until they screwed up his car, we then started going to pepboy's, not much better, my neighbor said go to mavis, wow what a mistake, i was buying tires the next thing i knew they wanted to sell me brakes front and rear, i told them they were just replaced 8 months ago, then they said my struts were no good and that i needed a bunch of services, i was lucky to get out alive. A co worker sent me to roadside tire, they did the right thing on my car so i went back a couple months later with my wife's car and they took care of me again, its like i am a family member it's really great. that's why i am writing this review i hope it helps some one.

I have been using Parkway for over 5 years, and have found them to be the most honest and reliable service center that I have ever used. It is a wonderful feeling knowing that Ronnie and his crew always take great care of my car and if there is a problem they will do a great job fixing it and at a fair price. Please be careful here, they will cheat you on inspection prices. Please make sure they print out the inspection report from the inspection machine, so you can check for the consistency of the price you were charged vs what the report says the charge is.

I went in for a flat tire and these guys were great. they fit me in right before they closed and couldn't be nicer. I thought they'd tried to get me in and out so fast but the mechanic stayed after his shift was over to help me. I couldn't be happier with the service so even though I own a Honda I brought my car to them for my next service. Its been 4 years now and I still feel like a friend when I walk in and Joe, Mike, Helene and the gang make me feel comfortable, like they're not going to rip me off like the guys in new rochelle. thanks for staying honest, dch toyota city has a class act bunch. I may even buy a toyota next month when my lease is up :0)

DO NOT GO HERE Completely rude service by Javier Rodriguez. Is it normal to have the asst. manager yell and curse at you?? It's a problem when the guy working on your car has no clue what he's doing. And don't question him cuz he'll call the cops on you. Telling costumers that "we have to put this in" because thats what the computer tells us your car needs is not true and it's terrible practice by this company. They lie and if you're a female they will try to take advantage of you. Just stay away. It's no wonder I was warned to not go by myself.
