Dee Knight is the definition of excellent customer service, and his personable crew of employees are the direct opposite of the duplicitious car mechanic stereotype. The service was great, Jimmy was a pleasure to talk to over the phone and even nicer in person. He fully explained what was going on with my car and exactly what they did. The price for all the work that was done on our car was very reasonable. I didn’t feel ripped off like I have in the past at other mechanics. owner of a small truckin company sent my driver with a delivery request. the shipper and receiving supervisor was very disrespectful; he treat my driver rudely and even made unnecessary racial comments. As a business owner myself, I believe there is no need to treat customers that way, specially when the service was resquest from them.
