I VISITED VALVOLINE IN WESTBURY, NY AND I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE THAT DAY. THE GUY CALLED AND INFORMED ME THAT I NEEDED BREAK LIGHTS, AND MORE WHEN I REFUSE HIS REQUEST TO CHANGE TO BREAK LIGHTS. I TOLD HIM JUST DO THE OIL CHANGE. HE TOLD ME HE DID NOT CARRY THE OIL NEEDED TO DO THE OIL CHANGE IN MY CAR. I SENSE HE WAS LYING TO ME AND I DIDNT WANT TO ARGUE. I JUST TOOK MY CAR AND LEFT AND WILL NEVER GO BACK TO ANY OF THEM. A HUGE COMPANY LIKE THIS CARRY OIL OR THEY WILL BE OUT OF BUSINESS.THEY WERE VERY RUDE AND SCAMMER. PLEASE PEOPLE DONT VISIT THOSE SCAMMER AT VALVOLINE IN WESTBURY. THEY WORK AS A TEAM.

We have a 2011 Nissan that was acting funny. It wasnt shifting smoothly. We took it to a couple of local places but they told us that a dealer would be best because they had equipment to diagnose later model cars that were only available to dealers. I was really hesitant. We were new to the area and always stayed away from dealers because they usually charge more. We looked on line and found a local dealer, Baron Nissan, that had good reviews. None of those reviews were for service but what we could find said really good things about their sales department so we had the car towed there and crossed our fingers. We met Frank the service manager who was very nice. He asked what the car was doing and we told him/. We left it there overnight and he said he would call us the next day. He called about 11am on Friday and said the car was done. A little surpised that it was done so quickly I asked if they had found the problem. He said it was just a control module that had to be reset, no big deal. The way the other mechanics had made it sound we were braced for a huge repair bill. When we went to pick it up they told us that they had checked and our car was still under the Nissan powertrain warranty ( which we had no idea about) and the bill was nothing, no money at all. They told us they checked the car and we needed front brakes and an oil change ( which I knew). They gave me a fair price and we had them do the work. Frank didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need or want and they did the brakes and oil change while we waited. Has a chance to talk to Frank while we waited, he was just a nice guy who welcomed us to the neighborhood. We have bought a lot of cars in our life, definately not my first rodeo and I never,ever went back to a dealer for service as a rule they are too busy, pushy and over priced. I gotta say Frank at Baron Nissan is the exception. We are so glad we found them

I am extremely satisfied and appreciative of the work that the staff at Tolima Auto Center did on my new car. I was very nervous about who was going to work on my brand new car ( Brand new 2016 Jeep Renegade) that was involved in a hit and run just days after it left the dealer. The car looks perfect. You would never know that such intensive work had to be done. Their office staff is responsive, professional and very pleasant. I will definitely be going back to Tolima for any work needed in the future. -Michelle

For all your European Car Repairs without being ripped off, especially the dealership, ADRIA MOTORS is the place to have the job done right!! The guys in Middle Village is still thinking about it and the guy in LIC is looking for used transmissions. Mille told me to bring it down and Eka agreed with me that the valve body was defective. VW dealer said $ 3200 and the tranny guys wanted $ 2700 for a used (49K) transmission? At Adria Motors, they treat you as family and take car of your car as if it were their own car. I pulled in for a NY state auto inspection around 5:30 pm. Despite looking very busy I was accommodated in a few minutes They provided the inspection quickly and efficiently. Everyone was very courteous, the task was finished then I was on my way. I would recommend this shop to anyone and will return when I be require service or repair in the future.

The first-time visit on a Saturday and they treated me like a long-time customer. Very professional and they all know what they are doing. Fair pricing and fast service.
