HERE IS A TRUE HONEST REVIEW...IF YOU DON'T WANT A HEADACHE.....DO NOT GO HERE. FIRST, I NOTICED WHEN I WENT THERE IN THE PAST EVERYONE IS CHARGED THE SAME PRICE. I HEARD TWO CUSTOMERS IN FRONT OF ME CHARGED $375.00 FOR A MUFFLER AND PIPE. HOW COULD THREE DIFFERENT CARS BE THE SAME PRICE. HERE IS WHAT GOT ME....THE OWNER ASKED ME TO PAY CASH FOR THE $375.00 PRICE OTHERWISE IT WOULD BE HIGHER AND TAX ON TOP OF THAT. I WAS STILL OFFERED THE LIFETIME WARRANTY EVEN IF PAID CASH. ANYWAY, THE MUFFLER INSTALLED FROM DAY ONE HAD INTERNAL VIBRATION. I WENT BACK SEVERAL TIMES...HE TOLD ME IT WAS THE MOTOR MOUNTS....THEN HE SAID IT WAS THE RIM.....THEN HE JUST SAID THE CAR WAS OLD. (WHAT GREAT ANSWERS) I WENT THERE OVER THREE TIMES AND THEY COULDN'T FIX IT. i WENT TO A LOCAL MECHANIC AND HE SAID IT WAS THE MUFFLER. I WENT BACK TO MEINEKE AND HE SAID WHERE IS THE RECEIPT, AND I TOLD HIM YOU KNOW YOU ASKED ME TO PAY CASH. ANYWAY, HE OFFERED TO FIX FOR $250.00....REALLY IS THAT FAIR, BEWARE ALL

I am extremely satisfied and appreciative of the work that the staff at Tolima Auto Center did on my new car. I was very nervous about who was going to work on my brand new car ( Brand new 2016 Jeep Renegade) that was involved in a hit and run just days after it left the dealer. The car looks perfect. You would never know that such intensive work had to be done. Their office staff is responsive, professional and very pleasant. The guys in Middle Village is still thinking about it and the guy in LIC is looking for used transmissions. Mille told me to bring it down and Eka agreed with me that the valve body was defective. VW dealer said $ 3200 and the tranny guys wanted $ 2700 for a used (49K) transmission? At Adria Motors, they treat you as family and take car of your car as if it were their own car. Right when I thought this was a reputable shop. This is absolutely the worst shop/junkyard you can go to. Had Mazin and Pete rebuild my engine on my 2013 X5 and literally 8 days later, it goes bad and their excuse is”oil cooler”. I will get every penny back and I will make sure everyone knows about the scam operation you are running there. Mazen and Pete, Karma will bite you back and I’ll see you in court. I will not let this pass. What a scamming shop that doesn’t stand behind their work or anything they do. If you don’t believe me, look at all the reviews engine rebuild reviews. These guys don’t know what they are doing nor what they are talking about. Unfortunately for you, you messed around with he wrong guy.
