I mean, I was blown away by their responsiveness, patience in explaining everything, and resourcefulness in arranging rental cars and dealing with insurance companies. I VISITED VALVOLINE IN WESTBURY, NY AND I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE THAT DAY. THE GUY CALLED AND INFORMED ME THAT I NEEDED BREAK LIGHTS, AND MORE WHEN I REFUSE HIS REQUEST TO CHANGE TO BREAK LIGHTS. I TOLD HIM JUST DO THE OIL CHANGE. HE TOLD ME HE DID NOT CARRY THE OIL NEEDED TO DO THE OIL CHANGE IN MY CAR. I SENSE HE WAS LYING TO ME AND I DIDNT WANT TO ARGUE. I JUST TOOK MY CAR AND LEFT AND WILL NEVER GO BACK TO ANY OF THEM. A HUGE COMPANY LIKE THIS CARRY OIL OR THEY WILL BE OUT OF BUSINESS.THEY WERE VERY RUDE AND SCAMMER. PLEASE PEOPLE DONT VISIT THOSE SCAMMER AT VALVOLINE IN WESTBURY. THEY WORK AS A TEAM.
