Mike, the manager is friendly, efficient, caring, knowledgeably, and ever so helpful. He oversees the work and you almost never have to come back after a repair. My car broke down in a parking lot about 2.5 miles from their location, called up in the morning, dropped off the keys, and that was it, about 3 hours later Dave called to let me know my starter needed to be replaced. The cost incl. having to tow the vehicle was inline with what I was anticipating. They also let me know about a couple of other issues I needed to take care of, and since they already had the vehicle and had earned my trust, I had them take care of everything. I'll definitely be going back...

Lou & his crew are Great! Exceptional honesty and service. They always have my best interest in mind. There are not many shops any more that convey that "Local, Down Home" feel where you know they will do what it takes to keep my car running like new, but P.E.P. Service Center does.
