Brake Rotors & Pads, Oil Change, Injector Service

Highly professional and courteous local auto care center. Requested multiple services on my 2012 Infiniti M37x including replacing brake rotors and ceramic pads, oil/filter change, tire rotation, balancing and fuel injector service. All work was completed in a matter of hours with no problems whatsoever. Exceptional customer service. The owner, Dana, contacted me the following day to ensure I was completely satisfied with the work performed and if there were any problems encountered. How many independent auto car centers do that these days? Little things like that make this an exceptional auto care business that comes highly recommended.

I highly recommend this place for their honesty, professionalism and customer service. I went to get a second opinion on an AC check done by chain store. The front desk lady was very professional and friendly. The owner greeted me and patiently listened to me about the previous diagnosis that asked me to replace two parts- compressor and condenser . He gave me updates on his diagnosis and after to doing tests and detected no major issues with the system. To be on the safe side they want me to come back in after a week to check if there are any leaks to the AC system as revealed by the dye. As it stands right now, they saved me over $1200 and the AC is working great so far! Also the lobby area is comfortable to wait in with WIFI and some snacks. Great experience!!

Brakes

My fiance recommended that I come to Ray and Dana's and I am very happy that I did. I needed my front brakes fixed and my rear wheel cylinders were leaking. Dana took the time to explain to me what repairs were needed and now my car is driving much better. I really appreciate the personal touch that this shop offers to their customers.

The price was fair and they even fixed a minor body part issue at no charge. The water pump failed on my car so I researched a local auto repair shop on Angie's List. I was very impressed by the volume of stellar reviews Ray & Dana's Inman auto car was getting as well as the 3 year/36,000 mile warranty they give on their repair work so I went there for an estimate to replace the water pump and also the timing belt which was way overdo for replacement. From the start everyone there was very professional,nice,and attentive. Their estimate was very fair and honest for the hours of labor required to be able to get at and replace the water pump,timing belt and all of the timing belt components like the tensioner,rollers etc so I had them do the work. I'm glad I did. I had the car back a little over a day later,fixed and running 100% again. I cannot say enough good things about my first experience with them. Quality workmanship,a long warranty,a fair and honest price,and nice people to deal with. What more could you want? I would recommend them in heartbeat and I'm hard to please....Thanks Ray and Dana's!

Ray and Dana's Inman auto Care really does care. They went out of their way during the pouring rain to help me out, not once but twice in one day, yes that's twice in one day!
