Honda service near Massapequa, NY

Brought my Honda in after an accident, they have Great customer service very friendly, had my car back in no time at all and it was like nothing ever happened! Tim at top marine I knew for many years he did a new yoke I supplied on the outdrive u joint with the outdrive already off my boat put the drive on charged me $650.00 then he couldnt wait one day for me to have my transporter move the boat which does a great job for a good price, Tim insisted I Used hes guy not only did he charge me more money he damaged my new bottom painted hull in a number of spots and ruined my south bay strainer. When I got the boat back to my house I went to start the engine and the exhaust bellows blew off he didn't tighten it at all The Boat would have maybe sunk if It blew off in the water, not only the exhaust bellows the u joint bellows was not correctly on so I had to turn it 180 degrees. I do not recommend him at all. Charges a lot of money and does a pour job hes transporter is wort

These guys are so incompetent! The only thing they are good for is changing oil and spark plugs and they can barely get that right! Don’t take your bike to their trust me!

Looking for a Mechanic? This IS the shop to bring your car to. They are a 10. From the costumer service to the quick turnover time it was a pleasure. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a mechanic: professionals who take pride in doing expert repairs at an affordable price. No, I'm not a relative! Don't go there! unprofessional liars! Charged me 2300$ (cash) For used transmission, they give you (6 month warranty which is nothing) less than 6 month transmission was out of use.. they fixed it again, after few months car got the same exact problem, during fixing transmission they damaged muffler and asked more money to fix it. Also very rude personal, specially owners, be careful with them! They really stressed me out about timing.. I lost a lot of money and time.

Do not use this shop for any reason!!!! Read the other reviews. There is a reason for the low ratings but even one star is far too high for this sham shop. I wish I had saved myself the headache of dealing with these scam artists by reading the reviews before using their services. The kleptomaniac employees stole multiple parts from the interior of my vehicle and caused further damage to the exterior of my car before I took it to another shop. An employee even stole the money that I left in the car and got aggressive and threatened to attack me when I asked him about it in a non confrontational way. Like, seriously?? I wish I was making this stuff up. The people working at this business are straight up thieves and should not be in business, literally the worst experience I have ever had with any business period. Funny how there are complaints ranging from their towing services, to their body work, to the way they conduct business in general. The complaints on this business are legit and are over the span of almost a decade. Listen to the warnings and stay far away!!

DO NOT got to GOLDEN TOUCH AUTO COLLISION located at 490 Ralph Ave. The charged me close to $4000 to fix my car and returned my car back with a bumper that was put together with glue, yes glue. My bumper looks like its about to fall off because it was incorrectly put in as well as other issues with my car. They also charged me money for a paint job and painted nothing. If you want to waste your money then be my guest but I do not advice anybody to go to GOLDEN TOUCH AUTO COLLISION. They say they've been in business since 1986 and have poor customer service.
