This is not the shop to take your car if you are looking for it to be DETAILED. I was recommended by a family member that said she did a phenominal job, reviews said it, she said (better than the car wash). Well that was not the case. my car was taken a full day, I trusted she did a good job, I paid her and didn't think much off it. The next morning when I drove my car I was beyond disapoointed. My tinted windows had been ruined, there was ink on my driver seat, car door cubbies were full of dirt, back seats were full of dirt, back was not vacummed there was still dog hair, the trunk was never vacuumed, the exteriror had scuff marks on it that could have been removed. My car was taken again the whole day. Tint wasn't fixed, had to go out on my own to fix it. She wanted me to go through the car with her so she could clean what I found dirty, by the second day that car should have been immaculate. Well to my surprise I found myself cleaning my own car on Friday, I sent her pictures of the visible things that were still dirty (still have the pictures with the date to prove it). I was ignored on the pictures. I text her and said I should receive a refund of some sort because I was detailing my car hours before it was loaded on the container. Bottom line look else were to get your car detailed. I got a car wash instead.

I am fairly new to New York. You hear often the stereotypes of a dog-eat-dog world. So looking for a mechanic, and honesty, is not an easy task. However, I was in a jam and needed to find one. I came across the reviews for Hughes Motor Corp, and I was immediately impressed to make a call. Vinny answered (he's part of a duo with Kevin). He was very friendly and assuring when I told him about the problems with my Durango. I had AAA tow the car to their workshop in Yonkers. These guys are professional, efficient, and you get your car back within the time frame that is estimated. Overall, I highly recommend this workshop, they are a great team. They will take care of your problems and put you at ease. Cars are expensive toys, what you hope to get is a decent repair job at a fair price. These guys provide both, you'll be in good hands. Until Car Doctors moved into the neighborhood, I ALWAYS regarded car mechanics with a deep sense of dread and skepticism. Dee Knight is the definition of excellent customer service, and his personable crew of employees are the direct opposite of the duplicitious car mechanic stereotype. I moved to NJ after living in WI for 34 years leaving behind my go-to mechanic (since I was legal on the road) that I could trust with any car/truck problem. It took about 3+ years to find a guy like John and the group of guys that I can trust at Car Kings. It's convenient that I work in Clifton so he is a few minutes away. I have been there about a 1/2 dozen times and he always finds a way to sneak me in. Work always get's done in a timely and professional manner. Just watch out for Teddy the office dog! ;)

To start, great service, lots of experience, the remote start in my eos was installed in less than 2 hours.
