I have been using Parkway for over 5 years, and have found them to be the most honest and reliable service center that I have ever used. It is a wonderful feeling knowing that Ronnie and his crew always take great care of my car and if there is a problem they will do a great job fixing it and at a fair price. We have a 2011 Nissan that was acting funny. It wasnt shifting smoothly. We took it to a couple of local places but they told us that a dealer would be best because they had equipment to diagnose later model cars that were only available to dealers. I was really hesitant. We were new to the area and always stayed away from dealers because they usually charge more. We looked on line and found a local dealer, Baron Nissan, that had good reviews. None of those reviews were for service but what we could find said really good things about their sales department so we had the car towed there and crossed our fingers. We met Frank the service manager who was very nice. He asked what the car was doing and we told him/. We left it there overnight and he said he would call us the next day. He called about 11am on Friday and said the car was done. A little surpised that it was done so quickly I asked if they had found the problem. He said it was just a control module that had to be reset, no big deal. The way the other mechanics had made it sound we were braced for a huge repair bill. When we went to pick it up they told us that they had checked and our car was still under the Nissan powertrain warranty ( which we had no idea about) and the bill was nothing, no money at all. They told us they checked the car and we needed front brakes and an oil change ( which I knew). They gave me a fair price and we had them do the work. Frank didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need or want and they did the brakes and oil change while we waited. Has a chance to talk to Frank while we waited, he was just a nice guy who welcomed us to the neighborhood. We have bought a lot of cars in our life, definately not my first rodeo and I never,ever went back to a dealer for service as a rule they are too busy, pushy and over priced. I gotta say Frank at Baron Nissan is the exception. We are so glad we found them

Fantastic service and fair dealings. It's rally hard to find an honest shop that you can trust and Dan and his son have always been top notch when we've dealt with them.

This is not simply a service and gas station - Joe is a community member. When I buy gas in another town, I feel like I'm cheating ! I moved to NJ after living in WI for 34 years leaving behind my go-to mechanic (since I was legal on the road) that I could trust with any car/truck problem. It took about 3+ years to find a guy like John and the group of guys that I can trust at Car Kings. It's convenient that I work in Clifton so he is a few minutes away. I have been there about a 1/2 dozen times and he always finds a way to sneak me in. Work always get's done in a timely and professional manner. Just watch out for Teddy the office dog! ;)

Right when I thought this was a reputable shop. This is absolutely the worst shop/junkyard you can go to. Had Mazin and Pete rebuild my engine on my 2013 X5 and literally 8 days later, it goes bad and their excuse is”oil cooler”. I will get every penny back and I will make sure everyone knows about the scam operation you are running there. Mazen and Pete, Karma will bite you back and I’ll see you in court. I will not let this pass. What a scamming shop that doesn’t stand behind their work or anything they do. If you don’t believe me, look at all the reviews engine rebuild reviews. These guys don’t know what they are doing nor what they are talking about. Unfortunately for you, you messed around with he wrong guy.

Mr. JUNIOR GENAO, the sales representative, has helped me tremendously; he was convincing but not pushy. I am very lucky to have been assigned to him because he helped me tremendously in identifying my needs; that after showing me at least 4 cars I have made my decision. He is very pleasant, helpful, patient and considered me a family looking for a car. Mr. Genao is an asset to your company. Mr. PEDRO SOSA, the manager who assisted me, has been very pleasant and patient and explained in details of the warranty I am entitled to and other info. He is approachable in spite of his busy schedule and answered my questions immediately. Also, he made a follow-up call to make sure everything is all right and apologized for my long wait, which I understood due to the busy day. Overall, I am happy with the staff in the showroom who are friendly and made sure I was taken care of. Definitely, I will recommend your Branch to my friends. Rosario Faraon
