Thankfully this small family owned shop is in existence ,growing up there was one on every corner,these days now have big chain shops with school trained mechanics that have NO hands on experience. Mr. PEDRO SOSA, the manager who assisted me, has been very pleasant and patient and explained in details of the warranty I am entitled to and other info. He is approachable in spite of his busy schedule and answered my questions immediately. Also, he made a follow-up call to make sure everything is all right and apologized for my long wait, which I understood due to the busy day. My brand new Lincoln had just been driven over a small landslide caused by heavy rains. I had two flat tires and a ruined front wheel and was 300 miles from home. AAA sent Armonk Garage to help me and I was very pleased with the service. The truck arrived on time, picked up the car, my wife and I and then found the nearest Lincoln dealer. Although the dealer was some distance away the driver took us there, unloaded the car interfaced with the service people and did not charge us. He was helpful, courteous, and sympathetic. The guys at Cybert are honest and very easy to deal with. I've had shops in the past play games with me (halogen fluid replacement, etc.), but at Cybert, they brought me out into the shop, showed me what was going on, explained the fix, and then fixed it. There was nothing shady and I never once felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. They have a convenient location, reasonable hours, and surprisingly good coffee while you wait.
