I have had my car fixed at this shop numerous times. I would recommend them to anyone. It is always difficult to find a repair shop where you trust the people who are servicing your car...This is that place! They tell it like it is. No unneeded services or surprise extras when you go to pay the bill. To be fair, I had one uncomfortable situation arise with them. However, I was the one that made them uncomfortable (long story I wont bore you with) and once it was explained (professionally I might add), the situation was corrected and I continue to have my car serviced there. I have had my car repaired at Pro Tech Benz several times over the past 2 years and I am very happy with the results. They offer excellent service and are extremely knowable about Mercedes vehicles. Their pricing is very reasonable and they are very straightforward about the repairs. Unlike the dealers they don't try and up sell you on additional repairs that might not be needed. I would highly recommend them to Mercedes owners.

do not use these guys. their mechanics steal things out of cars during service. I've been a customer of theirs for over 10 years and this last tiem an ipod was stolen out of my car. When I spoke to John, he told me too bad i shouldnt have left it in the car. NO LOYALTY to customers at all.

I went in for a flat tire and these guys were great. they fit me in right before they closed and couldn't be nicer. I thought they'd tried to get me in and out so fast but the mechanic stayed after his shift was over to help me. I couldn't be happier with the service so even though I own a Honda I brought my car to them for my next service. Its been 4 years now and I still feel like a friend when I walk in and Joe, Mike, Helene and the gang make me feel comfortable, like they're not going to rip me off like the guys in new rochelle. thanks for staying honest, dch toyota city has a class act bunch. I may even buy a toyota next month when my lease is up :0)

DO NOT GO HERE Completely rude service by Javier Rodriguez. Is it normal to have the asst. manager yell and curse at you?? It's a problem when the guy working on your car has no clue what he's doing. And don't question him cuz he'll call the cops on you. Telling costumers that "we have to put this in" because thats what the computer tells us your car needs is not true and it's terrible practice by this company. They lie and if you're a female they will try to take advantage of you. Just stay away. It's no wonder I was warned to not go by myself.

I pulled in for a NY state auto inspection around 5:30 pm. Despite looking very busy I was accommodated in a few minutes They provided the inspection quickly and efficiently. Everyone was very courteous, the task was finished then I was on my way. I would recommend this shop to anyone and will return when I be require service or repair in the future.
