This is not simply a service and gas station - Joe is a community member. When I buy gas in another town, I feel like I'm cheating ! I went in for a flat tire and these guys were great. they fit me in right before they closed and couldn't be nicer. I thought they'd tried to get me in and out so fast but the mechanic stayed after his shift was over to help me. I couldn't be happier with the service so even though I own a Honda I brought my car to them for my next service. Its been 4 years now and I still feel like a friend when I walk in and Joe, Mike, Helene and the gang make me feel comfortable, like they're not going to rip me off like the guys in new rochelle. thanks for staying honest, dch toyota city has a class act bunch. I may even buy a toyota next month when my lease is up :0)

DO NOT GO HERE Completely rude service by Javier Rodriguez. Is it normal to have the asst. manager yell and curse at you?? It's a problem when the guy working on your car has no clue what he's doing. And don't question him cuz he'll call the cops on you. Telling costumers that "we have to put this in" because thats what the computer tells us your car needs is not true and it's terrible practice by this company. They lie and if you're a female they will try to take advantage of you. Just stay away. It's no wonder I was warned to not go by myself.

do not use these guys. their mechanics steal things out of cars during service. I've been a customer of theirs for over 10 years and this last tiem an ipod was stolen out of my car. When I spoke to John, he told me too bad i shouldnt have left it in the car. NO LOYALTY to customers at all.
