Mr. PEDRO SOSA, the manager who assisted me, has been very pleasant and patient and explained in details of the warranty I am entitled to and other info. He is approachable in spite of his busy schedule and answered my questions immediately. Also, he made a follow-up call to make sure everything is all right and apologized for my long wait, which I understood due to the busy day. I was in a car accident a few weeks ago. A car just rear ended me and I ended up going through the other person's insurance. I was recommended to go to Joe's Auto Body in East Orange by their insurance company, as it was very close to where I live. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Glen and his staff, from Joe's Auto Body. Everyone was so nice and very welcoming. As soon as I dropped off my car, they had a person from enterprise pick me up. My car was in the shop for a total of two days. Every day I would receive an email with a picture of my car and what they were doing at that time. I thought this was awesome, and honestly, I never heard of any other shop doing this. My car was a mess, I dropped it off the morning I got back from New Hampshire, I was rather embarrassed about how messy it was. I was shocked the day I picked it up from Joe's. It had been completely detailed and cleaned. It must have taken them a good couple of hours to just clean and wash everything. I recommend Joe's Auto Body to everyone!! I will certainly be going back for any maintenance I need done in the future!

I went in for a flat tire and these guys were great. they fit me in right before they closed and couldn't be nicer. I thought they'd tried to get me in and out so fast but the mechanic stayed after his shift was over to help me. I couldn't be happier with the service so even though I own a Honda I brought my car to them for my next service. Its been 4 years now and I still feel like a friend when I walk in and Joe, Mike, Helene and the gang make me feel comfortable, like they're not going to rip me off like the guys in new rochelle. thanks for staying honest, dch toyota city has a class act bunch. I may even buy a toyota next month when my lease is up :0)

I went there in my 2012 camry because they were rated #1 oil change in south bay paper, and they told me the same ($35 more for synthetic). When I called toyota, Toyota said it is 5w20 synthetic. So i had it done and seemed very fair, quick service. I read this review first, and was hesitant, but my engine still runs and I saw they used the correct oil and changed filter. Seemed legit. would go back. Very fast service.
