Jarrad Fox of Euro Central in Geneva runs one of the few remaining shops in the area where I know I can count on receiving an unparalleled level of service at an affordable price. He'll take care to make sure your vehicle is running in the best condition possible. He's also very helpful in interacting with customers by explaining the background behind needed repairs, letting you come into the shop to see the car on the lift, and listening to any of your concerns and questions. I had him do some very nice custom work upgrading my turbocharger and intercooler and then tuning my 1999 Saab 9-3. He put an immense amount of time and effort into making my car run perfectly, while managing to keep the bill on an affordable level.

After I purchased a BMW X3 from another dealer (Best Buy Auto Sales in Newark) that turned out to be a lemon and had to go the Lemon Law route, i brought the car to GFS they claimed to be BMW experts and i didn't want to drive to Rochester as i live in Newark. Since April My car has been in their shop more then I have had it the first time it went n for a repair in was in the shop over 6 Weeks fr a repair that should have been a coupe of days then a second time for over 4 weeks! from day one My complaint was their lack of communication. They never quote you up front and are not quick about the repairs the last 3 times my car has been there the check engine light has come back on the same day i picked it up. Every time being another charge and another issue. If the repairs were legit and truly needed to be done why didn't they pick it up before what does the car always have another issue the d=same day i pick it up? I also took my car in for a replacement on a steering sensor and according to their paperwork would take 2.5 hours so they told me it would be 3-4 no problem so i brought my lap top came at 1 pm for my apt and sat their at 5 pm I asked how much longer and they stated it would be another hour or so. I then said i was going to have someone come pick me up and go to dinner and lock the Keys in the car and call me when its done. well after almost 2 more hours i didn't get a call so i went back to find the place was closed and only a mechanic or two was still in the shop and was told my car still wasn't done ( at this point its been almost 6.5 hours on a 2.5 hour job) i told them to have the owner call me. Well an hour later I get a call from Ken and he states he said he'd call when it was done and it wasn't so he didn't call he had no regard for the fact i needed my car. I explained I had a 1030 apt in the morning i couldn't miss. He said he would send someone for me so I could get my car in time. 10am rolls around the next day and No call from GFS so i book and Uber and go over i walk through the door and he states oh i was just going to call you at this point its about 10:45am and I've missed my meeting. I explained that i missed my meeting and had to pay$40 for a Uber never once did they offer to reimburse me. I wait another hour and my car is finally done. I got to get in the car and pull out CHECK ENGINE LIGHT again. this time a $1000 Water pump. I am done and will gladly take my car else where. They have built a beautiful building but what good is it if the people in it don't know what their doing. I unfortunately didn't go check the reviews of this place before but i can see my complaints have been expressed by others and expect the owner to have some explanation of why it isn't his fault as he always does! As of todays date 1/16/19 my car has had over $10,000 in repairs and is still not fixed!

Great service, excellent facility, and a local owner. I don't own a Caddy, but I still have my service work performed by these guys.

Missed diagnosed an AC problem. Replaced the compressor and did a complete AC service for $850 which only fixed the problem for one day! Returned five times in two weeks with the same AC problem as original problem. They finally found and diagnosed the problem was the electrical plug connector on the AC clutch. They replaced the connector with a used one and did a hack job of splicing the wires and covering with electrical tape. The owner would not admit they misdiagnosed the problem or offer a credit for the outrageous poor service. I should have gone to the Nissan dealer. Instead I paid $850 dollars more than I had to for a $5 dollar part. When I saw the hacked repair job I had to solder the the wires and seal with heat seal shrink tubing myself to prevent future corrosion. I would not recommend this shop or ever do business with them again even if I was broken down in front of their shop. Stay far away from this place......

I BROUGHT MY VEHICLE TO JIMS SERVICE CENTER ON A RECOMENDATION FROM A FRIEND. I HAD BROUGHT MY 2008 GMC TO 3 SHOPS FOR THIS CHECK ENGINE LIGHT REPAIR TO NO AVAIL! NO ONE SEEMED TO BE ABLE TO REPAIR MY 2008 GMC INCLUDING THE DEALERSHIP. I ACTUALLY CONTEMPLATED TRADING IT IN ON A NEW TRUCK BECAUSE THE CHEVY DEALER SAID "WE CANT SEEM TO FIND THE PROBLEM" JIM AND HIS FORCE OF EXPERIENCED TECHS NOT ONLY DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM IN LESS THEN ONE HOUR AS IF IT WERE NOTHING AND THEY WERE USE TO SOLVING PROBLEMS OTHERS COULDNT. THE REPAIR WAS SO INEXPENSIVE I WAS SHOCKED THEY WERE HONEST , AND FRIENDLY AND I HAVE SINCE BEEN BACK 2 TIMES WITH OTHER VEHICLES IN MY FAMILY. I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR REPAIRS JIM AND HIS CREW ARE THE BEST !!!!

I blew a tire out on the thruway. I called around and was told to call D and S within in an hour this young fellow arrived and had my tire changed in less than 45minutes. I was very pleased and would highly recommend D And S Sincerely Bill

AVOID THIS STORE. Since June 2012 I have had a check engine light on that shows an Evap problem. They have done three smoke tests and two $99 computer checks. They have replaced the catalytic converter twice, a purge valve twice, a vent valve twice and an oxygen sensor 3 times. The longest the check engine light has stayed off is about 600 miles. Either they are using really inferior parts or they don't have a clue what they're doing. Or both. And they keep trying to charge me labor even though their paperwork states "5 years or 50,000 miles warranty" and it has been only 3 years and 34,000 miles.

I have a 1976 Corvette. I needed a muffler and stopped by to get an estimate. I got an estimate for a two muffler system. The problem is this car only has one muffler, not two. There are two tailpipes. I think they were totally trying to take advantage of me being a woman. I didn't get the work done & took the car to another shop where I was shown that there was only one muffler. Shame on them!
