Mike, the manager is friendly, efficient, caring, knowledgeably, and ever so helpful. He oversees the work and you almost never have to come back after a repair. Shawn and his crew addressed all of this repair and reviewed in detail what all of the expenses were prior to my commitment to doing the work. Any questions I had were answered immediately and if there were any unforeseen issues, I was assured via phone calls that the right job would be done. They have made me feel secure in that both myself and my family would be safer after this repair. My car rides and steers as good as it did when I first bought it. I am a long time customer, the last 12 + years, and I will keep coming back because they completed the work within 1 day after making an scheduled appointment.

The mobile service was great! They came at the time they said they would, took my old battery out, popped the new one in, 30min tops! They were very Friendly, friendly is good! I trusted them right away. My baby(car) is old and her age shows, i need a shop that can keep her going. I need a Honest mechanic that I can trust and wont BS me. It is very HARD for a single women to find HONEST TRUSTWORTHY Mechanics, I feel like I have. Plus they are right next to TJMAXX!

Great owner and good workers. I go there more than my own dealer. The owner, Bob is a nice guy with fair prices who doesn't need an appointment and can fix most car problems. FYI: Just go there when they open for faster service.
