My vehicle was towed to Scruggs. They do not work on Friday, Saturday or Sunday so it’s sad there for over five days when they finally were able to look at it. They charged over $2300 for a water pump replacement and one headlight two license plate lamps. It then died a few days later. My regular mechanic said he could see the fire going inside the vehicle due to the alternator not being tightened enough from repairs done at Scruggs. Now I am out an additional $650. Do not recommend.

took my van there on a saturday.... was told it would be done monday and it was....it is very important that i have my van and they did was they said they would do... the mechanic stayed there till midnight to make sure it was rdy for me... and in the price they quoted me they even changed my oil.....
