Friendly, quick service...Eric offered me a same-day inspection despite being fully booked. Also quickly diagnosed a loud whine I was hearing on a used truck I bought (loose carburetor gasket). This place came highly recommended and I see why.

i had the unfortunate experience of getting an estimated price of $500 for brakes and rotors. I said ok . They were to call me with exact price but I called them . They wanted 1600.00 for brakes oil change wipers !! Padded the quote like no tomorrow!! I called my local mechanic and he had his tow truck get my vehicle They wouldn't release my car unless I signed paperwork via email that they didn't receive without me making a 38 dollar payment as the said they Inspected the Brakes! Then he wouldn't release my car because he wanted me to write my debit card number on an unencrypted email. He finally extorted this 38 dollars from me and kept the tow guy waiting for a half hour.

This is definitely the best shop in CT! Very responsive team, very professional, and gets it done right! Beautiful facility, very friendly staff, and they won't try and sell you on something that they wouldn't put in their own cars! Highly recommended! Steve Nixter
