Rich and his team are highly professional! I Had him do a safety check over my entire vehicle before a road trip. He gave me a thorough list of my vehicles issues and never pressured me into doing any work. We worked through what was important to keep the car going and what could wait for a later date. He has a very clean shop filled with friendly faces that remembered me by name after only meeting once, and most importantly gave a speedy repair that was affordable to keep a young college student on the road! My car broke down in a parking lot about 2.5 miles from their location, called up in the morning, dropped off the keys, and that was it, about 3 hours later Dave called to let me know my starter needed to be replaced. The cost incl. having to tow the vehicle was inline with what I was anticipating. They also let me know about a couple of other issues I needed to take care of, and since they already had the vehicle and had earned my trust, I had them take care of everything. I'll definitely be going back...

Mike, the manager is friendly, efficient, caring, knowledgeably, and ever so helpful. He oversees the work and you almost never have to come back after a repair. If you're tired of getting robbed for your automotive needs or getting less than you paid for - then this is the place for you. Lance and his small team of mechanics, while all being quite young - are the real-deal - they have turned their personal passions for Subaru (all models & generations) - in to a business - making them a real specialty shop for virtually all your Subaru Auto needs. Don't get me wrong, they are not a 1-trick pony though - they service virtually all makes and models... I've recently had them address various items on my '15 WRX, including the subject Clutch & Flywheel Upgrade, perform an EGR delete, swap plugs, weld/repair a broken exhaust flange plate (which I thought for sure was unfixable without a new plate - Warren is a talented Genius welder) & Tim is a talented Dyno Tuner, (thanks to dyno time at Chameleon Racing in Bohemia). The entire team at Larsen's are super friendly, happy to share educated advice, sharp at finding issues and remedying them - all without charging an arm and a leg. Super flexible too - one of the best experiences I've had with an auto shop in my life - I currently travel over 35miles just to get my car worked on by them... Excellent shop! I was having electrical issues with my 1996 Jeep and it proved very tricky to diagnose. The folks here were able to figure it out, fix the problems and do it for a very reasonable price! I have already recommended them to a few friends. If and when I need a mechanic again, I'll be back.

Warning please don’t go to these scammers, they charged me 700 to fix the heat in my car. Then go on to say sorry the heat only works on the passenger side and ac only works on driver side and to fix THAT issue they will charge me another 200 for diagnostic and from there it will be anywhere from 1k to 3k more. All they did was change the heat motor in the car which another Machanic I took it to said would have been 200. To top that off they left my driver side window open in the rain and now my car has a puddle in it. PLEASE be aware of these guys they will scam you I promise.
