Hello Everyone, I would like to share my repair experience with foreign auto repair service: Both Glenn & Lisa were consummate professionals during the entire process of troubleshooting my diesel Range Rover. They kept me abreast on the entire process, provided a thorough photo of all the work provided with photos of the work conducted allowed me to use their car while they repaired my car which is above and beyond generous. Glenn kept me posted through txt messages daily. They isolated the problem, worked with the warranty company on the repair cost ensured I understood what I was responsible for on the repair cost and returned my car back repaired. Living in Shelton I have a few car washes to choose from, but wasn't really happy and I wanted to shop around. So I did an internet search of other places in the area and found Monroe Car Wash & Detail Center, which had great reviews. So I called for a quote for a detail and theirs was cheaper. Great! The customer service is AMAZING. As someone who often worries about being taken, it was nice to have Danny explain everything in a way that I could understand. He explained everything and was upfront about the work and the pricing. I was very pleased with how great my car looked and the good customer service. Will definitely be coming back.
