Twin Towers has been my service station/repair shop and especially my fill-up station for more years than I can remember ... I moved here in 1992. From my 1st visit I knew I was in competent hands. By age 67, I’ve had quite a large experience with mechanics, etc. By far Twin Towers is the best. Prompt scheduling for car emergencies, frequent calls with any sub-optimal or abnormal findings, options, estimates, updates, road test results, etc. There are never any surprises. It’s a family-owned business for generations. Twin Towers is the only service station I’ll ever use. “5 stars” doesn’t adequately describe the experience you will have at Twin Towers.

I have been bringing my cars to Oakwood Car Care for as long as they have been open. I have always been treated professionally and with care. Joe , the owner is always both personable and helpful. Mike, the manager is friendly, efficient, caring, knowledgeably, and ever so helpful. He oversees the work and you almost never have to come back after a repair. My car broke down in a parking lot about 2.5 miles from their location, called up in the morning, dropped off the keys, and that was it, about 3 hours later Dave called to let me know my starter needed to be replaced. The cost incl. having to tow the vehicle was inline with what I was anticipating. They also let me know about a couple of other issues I needed to take care of, and since they already had the vehicle and had earned my trust, I had them take care of everything. I'll definitely be going back...

I have been a customer of Dawson Motors for about 5 years and they have never disappointed me. But just recently they far exceeded my expectations! My work vehicle had broken down for the last time and it was time to replace it. Without my vehicle, I was totally at a standstill with my construction business. My van was towed into Dawson Motors at 8:45 am on a Saturday. I explained to Bill Dawson that I needed a reliable used van. By chance, he had one on his lot and I asked Bill to give me best deal, that without a vehicle I could not work. He got his wife Linda on the finance part, they made me an offer and I took the deal. My wife and I unloaded my old van of all the tools and supplies and headed home. At 2:30 the same Saturday afternoon Linda called me and said the van was ready for pick up! The Dawson's stayed late in order to get me my van knowing how important it was to my business. I could not have believed anyone would have done this, let alone our small town auto dealership. Not only do they have a highly qualified group of mechanics and a customer service oriented office staff, the owners walk the talk of helping customers way above expectations! MANY thanks! J. A. I have had my car fixed at this shop numerous times. I would recommend them to anyone. It is always difficult to find a repair shop where you trust the people who are servicing your car...This is that place! They tell it like it is. No unneeded services or surprise extras when you go to pay the bill. To be fair, I had one uncomfortable situation arise with them. However, I was the one that made them uncomfortable (long story I wont bore you with) and once it was explained (professionally I might add), the situation was corrected and I continue to have my car serviced there. Had a timing chain tensioner issue, it was a big job and knew this was the place to go. Honest about how complicated things can get and with their cost, they did a excellent job. Extremely happy with their service over the years from simple oil changes to most complicated of jobs. These are the guys to go to, no question about it.
