BAD GAS STATION AND SHOP – CROOKS Do not trust their gas or repair shop! So on 9/8/12 I went into USA Fuel located on located at 516 Boston Post Road in Milford, CT. I had bought two new tires and needed them to be mounted and balanced. I drop it off and they say it will be ready in 30 minutes. I come back and have them tell me they only had time to mount one unbalanced tire as the mechanic says he has plans and cannot finish the other. While the mechanic was telling me this, the shady owner, who knows nothing about cars, is trying to get the balancing machine working but was scratching my wheel in doing this. They charged me for one tire and tell me to go across the street to get the job finished. I was shocked, but say ok. I go across the street and the mechanic says they cross threaded a lug nut on the wheel and it would break if they take it off, so I brought the owner over to see this screw up and he told the mechanic at Meineke he would pay for the repair. The crooked owner then refuses to pay and we were all shocked at what a scumbag the owner was. I would never recommend this repair shop or gas station to anyone. They are not honest and will rip you off.

Scott is a fantastic auto mechanic! So thankful i found this shop. Scott diagnosed my honda element and isolated the transmission problem. He backed me up and got honda to install a new transmission for free. I am forever a THE GARAGE customer and tell all my friends and family.

This is not simply a service and gas station - Joe is a community member. When I buy gas in another town, I feel like I'm cheating ! We vote with our dollars every day - and it's important to support our community members. They also have pick up and delivery service for repairs and are always timely! Deirdre Ventura

I have had my car repaired at Pro Tech Benz several times over the past 2 years and I am very happy with the results. They offer excellent service and are extremely knowable about Mercedes vehicles. Their pricing is very reasonable and they are very straightforward about the repairs. Unlike the dealers they don't try and up sell you on additional repairs that might not be needed. I would highly recommend them to Mercedes owners.

I am fairly new to New York. You hear often the stereotypes of a dog-eat-dog world. So looking for a mechanic, and honesty, is not an easy task. However, I was in a jam and needed to find one. I came across the reviews for Hughes Motor Corp, and I was immediately impressed to make a call. Vinny answered (he's part of a duo with Kevin). He was very friendly and assuring when I told him about the problems with my Durango. I had AAA tow the car to their workshop in Yonkers. These guys are professional, efficient, and you get your car back within the time frame that is estimated. Overall, I highly recommend this workshop, they are a great team. They will take care of your problems and put you at ease. Cars are expensive toys, what you hope to get is a decent repair job at a fair price. These guys provide both, you'll be in good hands. John and his team are the best there is! We would never go anywhere else. John is honest and trustworthy and cares about his customers. He always takes the time to explain to me whats going on with my car. He is kind and fair - a businessman with a huge heart!
