What can I say other than Hendersons has the best customer service I have ever experienced in the automotive repair industry. We have been going there for approximately 10 years now, multiple cars under Ed's care (having 3 children of driving age) and do not have one complaint. With my busy schedule, they always find time to fit us in and do the best job ever!!!! We are big fans and would recommend Hendersons to all. Stephaine A. Millstone, NJ

you couldn't even get my oil change right. I told ya my car needed 0W20. I told you in the beginning you didn't even listen. thank god I saw your guy grab the wrong oil (5W40) other wise I would have driven home without knowing my car got a wrong oil change . I also came for amsoil and you got me something completely different. The wrong oil you put in my car was not amsoil and the later one you changed was not amsoil either after you realized you made a mistake. The oil was something from a steel drum. who knows what's inside there and the guy who pump the oil out the drum didn't even know how much he should pump. at that point I already felt unsafe and I quickly googled another service center that had amsoil and was just a few miles away. I went there (my car was already driving weird tho) and the manager or supervisor immediately knew what oil my car needed and how much it needed after lookup in his computer. He brought the oil to me and it's exactly the amsoil my car uses. I changed the oil again there and what upset me again was that the tech told me the oil filter was leaking. What a nice job you have done. and after failing to perform this basic work, you still charged me 150$, for unknown quality of oil and unfit oil filter. do you even feel shame? stop throwing those BS canned messages like "Please call us at 516-518-5552" to show you care but in fact you don't at all.

I have been a customer of Milad Nukho &Sons for over 30 years, I highly recommend them. They provide excellent customer service and are extremely knowledgeable. I wouldn’t have anyone else service my vehicle!

Joe, Anthony and Roger and the staff are the best. They talk to you like a person. I've been to many shops over the years and these guys are knowledgeable, experts , fair, patient, trustworthy and best of all treat you with the utmost respect and tell you exactly what's going on with your car in a way that you understand fully. I would never go anywhere else and you shouldn't either.

My Son highly recommended Laub’s Auto Body. He had his car repaired by Laubs in 2004. My son assured me that I wouldn’t be disappointed because they do amazing work. I went down to Laubs and meant with Kevin. He checked the car and agreed to make the repairs. Kevin showed great professionalism and patience throughout the whole process by keeping me up to date on the progress of repairs. He was on point with everything. Dishonest! I'd beware of this place, SERIOUSLY. Says repairs need to be done that are not necessary. Charges for repairs that are not made! Stay away if you're smart! EVEN THE BBB SAYS SO! I found Ten Point Auto, just down the road, to be much better. Honest & quality work. I learned the hard way. If I was smart if have done some research. There are bad reviews all over the web! Google, Yellow Pages, just do a search and you will see.

Just pulled in to ask about a service for my vehicle. Great news, the staff is all well fed. They were all sitting around in the break room just behind the front counter. I walked in, said hi and waited for a reply. The men - about 5 - just kept shoveling food into their mouths and stared at me. Odd, so I waited a moment. Then asked if there is anyone who can help me. They all - and I mean ALL - averted their eyes and went for another forkful. "Soooooo, should I just wait guys?" Another forkful. "Should I just go then," I asked. Finally got an answer. One guy took the time between stuffing his face to shrug at me. I laughed and left. Great place. Can't wait for the failures who run it like this to sell it to someone who might care. I certainly wouldn't want people with that level of pride or care working on my car. So many options with people who don't suck. Go elsewhere. Life its too short to wait for lunch break to end for basic human respect.
