Our family goes nowhere else when it comes to cars. Sounds like we're related. We are not. Just have been dealing with Performance for over 25 years and about 6 or 8 cars for our family through the years. -Helen B

This place is bogus. My wife towed there by AAA. Told cost $20 to inspect her tire. After they then said needs to be replaced. She waited over 5 hours while they took in to bays cars that arrived after! When she asked when she might be out of there never an answer from service writer. The tecnition drops car off jack as sales woman and wife watched. Next day I contacted Firestone corporate. Very nice people.. In tern they said they wouuld have the manager ocntact me. Some dim wit named Joel very rude and combative.Called my wife a liar! Over past 60 years my family's trucking business has spent millions on Firestone truck tires. As of today not another dime!

I needed an wheel alignment on my 2000 Ford Ranger and called many places which told me I would have to wait over a week or two for them to perform the work. I called up Gene's Tire located in Accord NY on a Friday morning and they set up with an appointment the next day as soon as they opened.They crew working gave me a very nice welcome and performed the wheel alignment within an half hour or less. They were very polite and also very honest which is hard to find from a mechanic shop these day, not to mention they were a little cheaper than the rest and did an outstanding job. I highly recommend anyone who is have issues with their vehicles in this local area to go to Gene's Tire for a perfect service! Thank you Gene, I will be back if I have any issue with my truck. Sincerely, a very happy customer!

Honest!!!! We had a simple problem that could have been worse. Fixed while we waited and charged a minimal fee. Will only use this facility, very happy!

John and his team are the best there is! We would never go anywhere else. John is honest and trustworthy and cares about his customers. He always takes the time to explain to me whats going on with my car. He is kind and fair - a businessman with a huge heart!

Hello Everyone, I would like to share my repair experience with foreign auto repair service: Both Glenn & Lisa were consummate professionals during the entire process of troubleshooting my diesel Range Rover. They kept me abreast on the entire process, provided a thorough photo of all the work provided with photos of the work conducted allowed me to use their car while they repaired my car which is above and beyond generous. Glenn kept me posted through txt messages daily. They isolated the problem, worked with the warranty company on the repair cost ensured I understood what I was responsible for on the repair cost and returned my car back repaired. Thank you for the great service it’s appreciated. I will be back hopefully not to soon but when needed I will entrust you to work on my again in the future. Joe V. ??
