The guys at Cybert are honest and very easy to deal with. I've had shops in the past play games with me (halogen fluid replacement, etc.), but at Cybert, they brought me out into the shop, showed me what was going on, explained the fix, and then fixed it. There was nothing shady and I never once felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. They have a convenient location, reasonable hours, and surprisingly good coffee while you wait. My SUV has been in there shop since 8/22/2011 & still in there shop didn't even begin working on it yet every time it's an excuse or find something else wrong with it. I wouldn't advise any 1 to go there unless you don't need your car for about a 3 to 4 weeks
