I have used them for years and have had nothing but great service. I know for a fact that they do not have access to personal cell records and are unable to access any account without a social security number. I would recommend them for anyone who want personal service and doesn't want to stand in a corporate store as a number.

This company is very careless. They shipped me a 60" sharp which was supposed to be a 70" sharp. The paper work clearly stated a 70" sharp tv. No one checked the item being shipped and matched it with the paperwork. Then they don't even try and clear up their screw up! Very disgusting. never seen anything like this before. Customer BEWARE!!! You will want to triple check that they have the right item being sent out for shipment. SHAME ON YOU! You have caused such a BIG problem for us. So Thanks A LOT!

CROOKS BEWARE bait and switch sold at one price the tried to raise price at time of installation. Tried to say the made a mistake, yet ALL details were correctly noted on sales invoice!! Got a refund and had job done by honest shop. STAY AWAY
