Mr. PEDRO SOSA, the manager who assisted me, has been very pleasant and patient and explained in details of the warranty I am entitled to and other info. He is approachable in spite of his busy schedule and answered my questions immediately. Also, he made a follow-up call to make sure everything is all right and apologized for my long wait, which I understood due to the busy day. I am extremely satisfied and appreciative of the work that the staff at Tolima Auto Center did on my new car. I was very nervous about who was going to work on my brand new car ( Brand new 2016 Jeep Renegade) that was involved in a hit and run just days after it left the dealer. The car looks perfect.
