Dave and his team are quick, honest and go beyond what I expected. They have the technology repair the machine and help explain what's wrong. The completion time estimates are very reliable. Cold February and no heat create driving problems. Another garage insisted on multiple visits and "attempts" to repair the problem. As each bill came due - the message was clear. I worked nearby and coworkers suggested Rad Air for a solution. In one try they permanently and affordably repaired the problem. From the heat in the car to the gearbox on the engine - brakes, oil, wiper blades and ..yes, the loaner cars, all needs are met. Depending on how close you work - you may get a lift back to work with your road test. Being a passenger in your own car can make the process easier. I've been towed in and limped in. Each time feeling the relief knowing the solution was near. When I broke down in Cleveland I was relieved to see the Garfield Hts location nearby. They do things THE SAME WAY! Powertrain Automotive was established June 11, 2007. This family owned and operated repair facility is located at 28910 Euclid Avenue in Wickliffe, Ohio. After twenty three years in the same location, retiring owner Steve Combaj sold his repair facility known as Universal Mechanic to lead technician David Kozlowski. It was then that the name was changed and Powertrain Automotive was born. David is an ASE Certified Technician with over twenty years experience in the mechanical repair field. It took years of planning and a lot of hard work to make this automotive repair facility a reality. Better yet there is a lot more to come! Our biggest goals are turning out a quality repair job as well as customer satisfaction.

UNHELPFUL. Rude and would not even listen to the problem without stating that "no, we cannot give an estimate. no, we won't do that." Was going to use their towing company but now would not even CONSIDER dealing with such rude people. Fix your customer service. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

These guys are very good. I moved into the neighborhood in 2016. My brakes went bad quick and I did not want to risk driving far. As a broke college student at the time, I was hesitant to get my car repaired at a gas station, but.... they were wonderful! Priced very competitively and quick! I went back when my ball joints went out, again, very competitively priced! My son inherited this car I speak of in 2018 and insists on using them from oil changes to repairs. Thanks guys for not breaking my bank over the last few years! Keep up the great work!

I got a flat on a Saturday morning on my way out of Cleveland and back to Rhode Island. The folks at Terrys took care of me and had me in a new set of tires and back on the road in 90 minutes. Very professional. Didn't try to sell me anything i didn't ask for. Informed me of anything they thought I should know about and had more than reasonable pricing. Excellent marks all around. If you are looking for a 'bells and whistles' outfit---this is not the place for you. vehicle purchased from them 4 years ago balance was paid. they come back 4 years after car paid steal with tow truck and say there was a $200 and some dollar balance not one phone call or invoice knock at door nothing for 4years!!at this address for 30 years. no letter no phone call. avoid doing business with this group!!

I pilled in this sunoco to buy gas but was unable because this store dose not take credit cards. I had no problem taking my business else where ,but the way the store owner talk to me with no respect was unacceptable. I belive this man to be the owner of this gas station and I have to say that I'm boycotting this gas station forever and I'm sending a letter to Sunoco about how this owner is trashing the name of Sunoco.
