Bill takes pride in giving each vehicle his personal attention to make sure it receives the proper care to fix it right. Bill’s been involved in the automotive industry for over 20 years and has pit crewed for regional racing teams including races at the Longest Day at Nelson Ledges. On the weekends you'll find Bill spending time with his family or at the track racing in the ChumpCar World Series. Bill is also involved in the NEOhio region of the Sports Car Club of America and serves on the board of the Willoughby Western Lake County Chamber of Commerce.

Inspection seemed to be thorough and included pictures and comments from the mechanic. Bill was very professional and took the time to discuss each of their findings w/ me, to answer questions, and share his professional opinion. Very satisfied.

Great tires at a great price with fast service and a ride home while I waited. Now, if they put in an omelette station and a selection of newspapers so you could have a nice leisurely breakfast while you waited, that would be terrific. Thanks for a job well done.

Very Impressed by this shop!
Service above and beyond every time. Bill and his guys exemplify customer service. We started using them a few years ago and I initially price checked some services against competitors but Rad Air always came out on top. Price is important but what sets Rad Air apart is really their honestly, quality work and commitment to their customers. They can always get you in at a time that works with your life and I love that he'll give me a loaner car so I can get some errands done while I'm getting the oil changed or whatever. They treat you like a family member and go above and beyond every time. Example- I had the battery in my Pathfinder replaced. A couple days later, I go to leave work and my car won't start. I called Bill and he IMMEDIATELY grabbed a bag of tools, got in his truck and met me in the parking garage. He fiddled with a few things, go it to start and I then followed him back to the shop. Did I mention this was at approximately 4pm the Wednesday before Thanksgiving? He got me right into a bay and luckily was able to fix the problem. He didn't have to do that. Do you think another mechanic would do that? No, they'd probably have me tow it in and they'd "get to it when they had time". Again, this was the afternoon before a holiday, I'm sure they all wanted to get home too! I've recommended them to family and friends and everyone I've sent to Bill is impressed.
