I had my oil changed and break pads/rotors replaced without leaving my house... and for cheaper than your standard shops. My favorite part? I wasn't being upsold on air filters and fluids! They promised a free evaluation via a video on the Google page presented by the president of the company! They lied!! They charged me $200 to look at two simple concerns with the promise that IF they found the problem they would put the evaluation fee towards the repair. Another lie! Typical bait and switch move. Promise from three different employees. Well guess what? They couldn’t find anything wrong. So now I still have the issues with $200 less taken by this garage. I emailed them twice showing them the video clearly stating that the evaluation was promised as a complimentary inspection. They ghosted me and refuse to refund my money and refused to honor the video!! I wonder if they’ll take it down after this is submitted. I want a refund and I want the promise in the video by the president to be honored!!

I have been a customer of Superlube and Brake for years, and I have recommended this shop to many people. The owner, Fred, and his highly professional staff (specifically Chuck and Josh) have always taken the time to explain the problems with our cars and have offered reasonable solutions to fix them. They always strive to "take care of" the customer, and they will not recommend an unneeded service. I appreciate being able to take my cars to a place where people care about the job they do and the customers that they serve. A job well done!

I saw negative reviews of this place and thought they may just be isolated incidents. I should have gone with my gut feeling, that was mistake #1. I dropped my BMW 650 off on Wednesday evening for an appointment on Thursday morning. That was mistake #2. I stopped by later on Thursday to see what was going on with the diagnosis but my car was no where to be seen. After asking where it was and waiting about 10 minutes I was told it was parked out front, it wasn't, I looked. A few minutes later one of the "technicians" was pulling in with it. Ok, fine road test I get it. They say they can't find any coolant leaks and that it's not leaking, trust me, it's leaking. Ok fine, I pick the car up and notice they put 131 miles on it. I called Carey the owner and he didn't even deny it. He told me they drove it to Mentor for an "extensive road test" to see if it would leak. Are you kidding me? They were even dumb enough to leave a receipt in the car from Painesville which is a LONG way from Parma Heights. The funniest thing about this whole cluster is that the owner thinks or at least acts like this is completely normal. I said, "it's funny how a BMW dealer doesn't do this". He replied that he knew BMW techs that will road test a car to Columbus. Seriously? He's delusional. Well at any rate, they used my car to joyride and most likely never even looked at it. They said it's probably leaking from a loose expansion tank cap, if that were true it would be leaking from the top, not the bottom as it's and coolant would be down the tank and it's not. Funny how BMW found the problem in 30 minutes. Do yourself a favor and pay a few extra bucks and go to a reputable shop unless you want your car used like Ferris Buehlers Day Off. You've been sufficiently warned.

They were fantastic, so very honest. My daughter took her car here because she was hearing a grinding noise and they called her to tell her she needed a new assembly hub but her previous one was still under warranty through the North Olmsted location. They replaced the hub, axel and ABS sensor which were damaged from the faulty hub. They also advised she had an extensive leak in her oil pan and she explained she had seen a lot of oil leaking recently. I, the mother, was so impressed that they didn't try to take advantage of her. She and I as well as her father now have a new mechanic, Todd Bamm. Thank you for being honest and fair.

I called around to get a better price than the dealer gave me, talked to George and he was very courteous and tried to help me. I then took the car in to be checked . Again he helped me make the decision to use them.. The price was right and the workmanship was good. I will use them again and tell my friends about them. Theresa B
