EXCELLENT SERVICE I was having issues with a previous mechanic due to constant rescheduling . I have always dreaded going to a mechanic due to various shops taking advantage a a woman who doesn't know much about cars . I then stumbled across wrench and decided to give it a try . Ray showed up and he explained my car issues in detail . He was sincere and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to figure out my issue and fix my car in the same day . My 2010 VW with over 100K drives like it was brand new. They analyzed the problem and fixed it with VW parts. Makes a big difference. If you have a German vehicle and don't want to take it to the dealer. This is a great full service option.

I took my 03 525i to a dealer and was quoted 2100 dollars for a repair. They also charged me 125.00 just to look at the car. Called these guys and they saved me a boat load of money .They had my car running with in three hours. No one else will ever work on my car but them from now on.

I must say that I've never dealt with a repair shop that has been totally helpful and honest, until now. Jeff is a real stand up guy. If you need great car service this is the place.

Sam's a great guy, I simply drove to his shop unannounced and he made time to check out my issues. I eventually got some electrical help with it and that led to some suspension work I needed a couple months later and a timing belt when I hit 100k in my VW. I always go to sam, he preinspected a Jaguar I was thinking about even. Sam's shop is different, I thought I would be getting Bentley prices for my little v-dubber, but that's not the case. Very reasonable for what he does.

Sam has more experience with British cars than anyone within 500 miles of his shop. British cars need knowledge. Bring it to the dealer and they will plug it into the computer and start replacing parts... sound familiar? Sam is excellent at diagnosing problems and coming up with the right solution. He is a craft mechanic who takes pride in his work and does it himself. There is no BS. His shop is in the heart of Cincinnati's Jaguar, Rolls, Range Rover and Rolls country. It never ceases to amaze me how many vintage cars have been shipped to him for repairs when I stop by his shop. MG, Triumph, Bentley's and classic Rolls... some from down the street.. but always a few that have traveled halfway across the country for their repairs and service.
